Refunds & Cancellations

At Core Crave, your satisfaction matters. Because our products are handcrafted perishable food items, refunds and cancellations are handled as follows.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched — usually within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email contact@corecrave.in or call +91-9739656556 with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@corecrave.in with photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement of the affected items.
3. Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.
4. Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to accept delivery.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For prepaid orders, the amount is credited to the source account. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@corecrave.in with your order number, the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable). Our team responds within 24 hours.
